Pastry Filled with Fenugreek
Ingredients :
2 thin sheets of dough,1 tea glass of water, 1 tablespoon of fenugreek,2 tablespoons of crushed walnut, 1 tea glass of grated kasar cheese,1 tea glass of oil.
Directions :
Mix 1 tea glass of water with the oil. Spread half of the mixture between the sheets of dough and the remaining mixture over the sheets of dough. Then, cut them into strips of 6 cm each. Divide all of the strips into two. Mix cheese, crushed walnut and fenugreek in a bowl. Place a spoonful of mixture onto each strip of sheets of dough. Take the bottom right corner of the strip between your thumb and finger and fold over the filling to the left to make a triangle. Place the finished triangular-shaped pastry on a baking tray and bake them in the oven at 200° until the pastry is well risen and golden brown.
