Cornflour Cake
Ingredients :
3 eggs, 1 glass of oil, 1 glass of yogurt, 2,5 glasses of tatkat corn flour, 1/2 glass of flour, 2 glasses of tatkat powdered sugar, 2 packets of tatkat baking powder, 50 gr. raisin, 50 gr. hazelnut (coarse-grained)
Directions :
Beat eggs with sugar until they are white and foam. Add yogurt and oil into the foam and mix them all for thirty minutes. Add corn flour, baking powder and flour. Mix them via a wire whip or a mixer at a low speed. Coat the cake pan with margarine and sprinkle some flour. Pour one third of the mixture into the cake pan. Add the raisins and coarse-grained hazelnuts into the remaining mixture and pour it into the cake pan. Bake the cake in an oven at 190°. Coll the cake in the cake pan. Ready for service
