Ingredients :
2 tablespoons of dry yeast, 2 glasses of warm water, 1 glass of oil, 5 tablespoons of Tatkat powdered sugar, 4 teaspoons of salt, 1 egg yolk, sufficient amount of flour.
Directions :
Put yeast and 2 glasses of water in a large bowl and let sit for 10 minutes. Add oil, salt, sugar, and sufficient amount of flaur into the bowl and knead it. Take a piece of dough about the size of a walnut and roll it up. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining dough and place them on the tray. Brush egg yolk on top of on each piece. Let sit for 1 hour. Bake the pastries in an oven preheated to 180 degree until they are golden brown. NOTE: You may enjoy different flavors by filling them with cheese or olive.
