Rolled Pastry with Banana
Ingredients :
For preparing dough: 4 eggs, 4 coffee cups of Tatkat powdered sugar, 4 coffee cups of flour. Filling ingredients: 2 glasses of milk, a little more tham ½ packet of Tatkat banana pudding. For filling: 2 bananas. For decoration: ½ teaglass of Tatkat powdered sugar.
Directions :
Place a greaseproof paper on the tray and brush the tray with 2 tablespoons of oil so that sponge cake will not stick and will ease the rolling process. Whip eggs and sugar in a large bowl with the help of a electric mixer for 15 minutes until they are white and foam. Add the flour and make dough of a consistency of cream. Pour the dough into the tray. Bake it in an oven preheated to 180C until it turns light brown. Meanwhile, prepare the Tatkat pudding. Mix 2 glasses of milk and a little more than a half of the pudding and cook them until desired pudding like consistency is reached. Spread the pudding over the baked sponge cake. Split the bananas and put them on the long side of the cake. Place the cake on a service plate and sprinkle some powdered sugar over it.
