Muffin Filled with Whipped Cream
Ingredients :
1.5 glasses of granulated sugar, 3 dessertspoons of Tatkat cacao, sufficient amount of flour, 3 eggs, 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of sunflower seed oil, 1 glass of crushed hazelnut, 1 packet of Tatkat baking powder, 1 packet of Tatkat sugared vanilla. For preparing the cream: 1 packet of Tatkat whipped cream, 1 glass of milk
Directions :
Beat 3 eggs and sugar until they turn into a white snow. Add milk, oil, vanilla, crushed hazelnut, baking powder and flour into the mixture and prepare dough of a consistency of cake dough. Place one tablespoon of dough into mini paper baking cups. Bake them in the oven preheated to 170 degree. Check the cake with a knife to test whether or not it has been properly cooked. If the knife do not stick the cake, it meas that the cake has been properly cooked. Let the cake sit for cooling. Mix the whipped cream with a glass of milk. Decorate the top of the cake with whipped cream. You may use cream pump for this purpose if you have one, or alternatively use a clear bag and make a hole at the end of the bag. You may add whatever decoration ingredients you want.
