Chocolate Cookie
Ingredients :
125 gr butter, 1 egg, 1 teaglass of oil, 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 4 tablespoon of Tatkat powdered sugar, 1 packet of Tatkat vanilla, ½ packet of Tatkat baking powder, sufficient amount of flour. Filling Ingredients: 1.5 glasses of milk, 5 tablespoons of Tatkat powdered sugar, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of Tatkat Starch. For decoration: Bitter chocolate
Directions :
Mix eggs, yogurt, oil and butter in a bowl. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and baking powder and flour in order into the mixture. Knead the dough with sufficient amount of flour. Meanwhile, prepare the cake cream. Put milk, granulated sugar, flour and starch in the pot and cook them. When it gets thicker, add the juice of a lemon into the cream and stir well. Take a piece of dough about a size of a walnut. Flatten it in your palm. Place some pudding in the dough and close it. (If pudding is not cooked enough, it will cause the dough crack and so the pudding will leak out form the dough. So, cool the pudding for some time). Repeat the same procedure for the remaining dough. Place them on the tray and bake in the oven at 170 degree. Serve the baked cookies with melted chocolate and pistachio.
