Easy Profiteroles
Ingredients :
For prepating the dough: 1 glass of water, ½ packet of margarine, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 glass of flour, 3 eggs. For preparing cream: Tatkat whipped cream and milk. For prepating sauce: 1 packet of Tatkat chocolate sauce.
Directions :
Boil water, half packet of margarine and salt in a pot. As soon as the butter melts add a glass of flour. Keep stirring for 5 minutes to avoid caking of the flour. Take the pot off the stove when a consistency of dough is reached and let it sit for cooling. When the desired cooling is achieved, add eggs and stir again until it has a consistency of cream. Wet your hands and take small pieces of dough and place them on the tray. Bake them in the oven at 200 degree until they get brown. Make a horizontal cut through the center of the balls and place some whipped cream inside them. Pour the chocolate sauce on top of profiteroles. Serve cool.
