Peach Cookies
Ingredients :
125 gram margarine, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, ½ glass of Tatkat powdered sugar, 1 egg, ½ packet of Tatkat baking powder, ½ packet of Tatkat vanilla, sufficient amount of flour, 40 pieces of half walnut shell, 1 packet of Tatkat vanilla cake cream. For decoration: red and yellow food coloring and granulated sugar.
Directions :
Prepare the cream as per the instructions on the packet. To prepare the dough, knead margarine, yogurt, powdered sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla and sufficient amount of flour. Cover the dough with a wet wrap and let sit for 10 minutes. Take pieces of dough about the size of a walnut and roll them around the walnut shells. Bake them in the oven preheated to 170 degree until they are brown. Remove the walnut shells from the bakes cookies and halve the cookies. Place some cream onto the first halves of the cookies and close the other halves onto the first ones. Dissolve the food colorings in a little water. Completely submerge the cookies into this mixture. Coat them with granulated sugar and serve.
