Suffle
Ingredients :
80 gr bitter chocolate, ½ glass of Tatkat cacao, 1.5 glassses of Tatkat powdered sugar, 1.5 tablespoons of butter, 3 tablespoons of flour, 1 glass of milk, 4 eggs, less than ½ teaspoon of salt
Directions :
Separate the egg yolks from whites. Butter the four soufflé pans and sprinkle some powdered sugar.
