Rice Cake
Ingredients :
1 cup of slightly boiled American rice, 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of granulated sugar, 100 gr strawberries, 2 pieces of sponge cakes, 1 packet of whipped cream, 1 packet of grated chocolate (for decoration)
Directions :
Mix a glass of milk and 1 packet of whipped cream in a bowl until you have a thick consistency and let sit in the refrigerator for cooling. Place a piece of the sponge cake on the service plate and spread the whipped cream over the cake. Spread half of the boiled rice over the cream. Put the second piece of sponge cake on the top and spread the remaing whipped cream over. Decorate the cake with the remaining rice and strawberries. If you prefer, you may also decorate the top of the cake with grated chocolate.
