Coupe Kiwi
Ingredients :
4 kiwis, 1 packet of vanilla pudding, 1.5 glasses of milk. For Orange Jelly; 3 glassess of orange juice, 1 glass of water, 3.5 tablespoons of corn starch, 1 glass of granulated sugar. For decoration: Sliced almonds, chocolate pieces.
Directions :
Mix the milk and pudding in a pot and cook them. Cut the kiwis into large cubes. After the pudding has cooled enough, add them into the pudding. (I mince the kiwis in my mincer and add them into the pudding. This way, pudding gets a beautiful green color but it has a sour taste, especially when you add the kiwis before the pudding has cooled enough. So, cutting them is better). Pour some pudding-kiwi mixture into the coupes and let sit for thirty minutes in the refrigerator. Mix the jelly ingredients and cook them in a pot. When it gets thicker, pour 3 tablespoons of jelly into each coupe. Decorate with sliced almond and chocolate pieces.
