Brownie
Ingredients :
2 glassess of sugar, 4 eggs, 1 vanilla, 1 baking powder, 1 packet of melted margarine, 1 glass of milk, 1 packet of cacao, 2,5 glassess of flaur.
Directions :
Mix the sugar, egg, vanilla, baking powder, margarine, milk and cacao. Leave a glass of mixture for top decoration before addin the flour. Add 2,5 glassses of flour to the remaining mixture and stir it. Pour the whole mixture into a cake pan coated with margarine and slightly floured. Bake the cake. As soon as you remove the cake from the oven, spread the cacao mixture you have left for decoration over the cake. Cut the cake into equal slices. Sprinkle coconut on top of the slices.
