Mixed Pizza
Ingredients :
2,5 cups of flour, 1,5 tablespoons of beer yeast, 1 cup of warm water, 2 pieces of tomato, 150gr grated kasar cheese, 5 pieces of mushrooms, 50gr olives, 6 slices of salami, 1 tablespoon of corns, olive oil, salt
Directions :
Sift the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Sprinkle powdery beer yeast. Add the salt. Pour warm water little by little in the bowl. Knead until you have soft and wet dough. If need be, you may pour some more warm water. Place the ball of dough on a flat work surface and continue to knead until you have smooth dough. Place the ball of dough in a slightly floured pot. Cover the dough with a wet wrap. Let sit for 2 hours. When the time is over, knead the risen dough on a floured work surface and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin. Starting at the center and working outwards, use your fingers to press the dough. Make the edges of the dough thicker. Place It onto a tray coated with oil. Cut salam, mushrooms, peeled tomatoes and pitted olives into thin slices. Boil the corns and drain. Place cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and salami onto the dough in order. Sprinkle the corns and olives. Spread some olive oil over the dough. Bake the pizza at 180-190 degree.
