Baklava
Ingredients :
For prepating syrup: 1,5 Kg sugar, 1,5 litre and 1 glass of water. For preparing dough: 1 glass of oil, 1 glass of milk, 3 pieces of egg, 1/2 tea glass of vinegar, sufficient amount of flour, 250 gram butter, 1 packet of TATKAT con starch, 400 gram walnut, 1/2 packet of margarine,salt
Directions :
Mix the ingredient given above for preparing the dough and knead it. Let sit for ½ hour. Chop the walnuts to make them slivered. Cut the dough into 4 equal parts. Each lump of dough equals to 15 balls of dough about the size of an apricot. Sprinkle some starch over each lump of dough and rool them out. Put the lumps of dough over and over and roll them out all about the size of a tray. Sprinkle some crushed walnut over them. Repeat the same procedure for the other lumps of dough. Then, cut the rolled lumps of dough into desired shape. Melt the margarine and butter. Brush melted margarine and butter on top of the sheets of dough. Bake it in the oven. Boil the syrup for nearly 1 hour at low heat. Pour the boiling syrup over the cooled baklava
